Car Guy Gifts offers $5 flat rate shipping on all orders in the 48 contiguous United States of America. Some exclusions apply on oversize items (ie. lips, body panels, wheels etc). Most orders under 1 pound will ship via USPS First Class Mail. In most cases, your order will ship the same or next day, but can take up to 7 days to fulfill the order. If for some reason you enter your shipping address incorrectly and your order is returned to us, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping back to them or your order will be refunded. If your shipping address is outside of the United States of America, your shipment may incur a customs or duty fee. It is your responsibility as the customer to complete payment for these additional fees. If you choose to reject the delivery of the package because you do not want to pay for these duties, Car Guy Gifts will not refund your order. Car Guy Gifts is not responsible for paying for these additional customs/duties fees. Orders outside of North America are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
At this time Car Guy Gifts can not ship any liquid products outside of the United States including but not limited to: motor oil, differential oil, transmission fluid, engine additive kits, assembly lubrication and more. If an International order is placed with these products, you will be refunded for these items.
Car Guy Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If packages are confirmed to be successfully delivered, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier if you did not receive the package. We send tracking information once packages are shipped. Please obtain your package as soon as possible. It is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim with the mail carrier. Car Guy Gifts is unable to do anything in this situation, and will not refund or resend the lost/stolen item.
